Minneapolis Radiology Associates, a six-location diagnostic and interventional radiology center, has selected IDS AbbaDox Referring Physician Portal for comprehensive, streamlined results communications. The 18-radiologist group, which also has an extensive teleradiology practice, sought an advanced, easy-to-use web-based solution that would enable streamlined cross-location and -enterprise information sharing.

Mortenson points out that the new portal not only upgrades existing functionality but also adds such advanced features as support for a full range of mobile devices, physician collaboration and automated remote printing.  Minneapolis Radiology plans to implement AbbaDox image communication as part of its reporting in the near future.
